MEET ZACH
As a little boy, Zach’s curiosity for architecture and custom homes was sparked by Bon Haven, a home on the National Register of Historic Places in Spartanburg, SC. His construction journey began during his high school years.
Zach has over 30 years of hands on experience in all aspects of building. Drawing from his carpentry background, he understands the numerous levels of quality control needed to build a custom home.
Zach understands that building a home is one of the biggest and most rewarding journeys a home owner will undertake. By incorporating client centered communication, Zach enables an open dialogue in all aspects of the project. He supervises each project from beginning to end and continues to service clients long after completion of the home.
